Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in weak electricity, under the age of 45;

2. More than 3 years experience in management of mechanical and electrical equipment in buildings, preferably with working experience in a foreign company;

3. Familiar with CCTV monitoring, access control, BA, channel brake and fire alarm system;

4. Skilled in business and able to work independently.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the effective management of equipment and facilities, regular maintenance and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of equipment;

2. Responsible for the formulation of monthly and annual maintenance plans of the equipment under the jurisdiction, and organizing the implementation;

3. Responsible for organizing construction, safety supervision, acceptance and settlement of professional renovation projects such as weak electricity of the project.
